Summary
Penge Churches Housing Association was established by local churches in 1969. The churches identified a need for good quality affordable housing in the local area. Since 1969 we have grown to own and manage 257 homes.
We are an Industrial and Provident Society and are registered with the Tenants Services Authority (and formally the Housing Corporation)
We are a small housing association currently only working in the London Borough of Bromley. We own and manage a range of homes for families and single people. Some of our homes are for people with mental health support needs and learning disabilities.
