Our repairs service: tenants views wanted....
Our repairs service is provided in partnership with Keniston Housing Association. Tenants phone our office to report a repair and then this goes to Keniston who arrange for a contractor and manage the process through to getting the invoice issued for us to pay.A working group, consisting of tenants, Board members and staff reviewed the service last year and decided that the partnership should continue. They also decided that it could be improved if tenants phoned repairs direct to Keniston. We are planning to introduce this from April 2012. We would like to have your vie ws on this change.
