Tenants Annual Report - What do you want to have?
This year we will be providing tenants with an annual report that will tell you about how we meet the standards required by our regulator, the Tenant Services Authority. We will also be telling you about our performance and saying how we plan to improve our services. we will be using the tenant satisfaction survey results to help with this.We would like to hear from you if there is specific information you would like us to provide. Do you want to read about how much we spend on repairs, anti-social behaviour, complaints, how many people we house each year and where they came from?
We would also like to know what information you need to be able to judge whether you are getting value for money from us.
