How to pay your rent
The rent paid by our tenants is our main income and so collecting rent is a priority. Rent is due weekly in advance, payable on Mondays.
Rent can be paid in the following ways:
Using the allpay card: All tenants are given an allpay card that can be used to pay by cash or debit card in shops, post offices and other outlets displaying the paypoint or payzone logo. If you lose your allpay card please request a replacement card from our office.
By standing order: If you have would like to pay by standing order please request a standing order form.
If you are not working or are on a low income you may be entitled to housing benefit. This is a payment to cover all or some of your rent. We can help you apply for housing benefit.
If your circumstances change or if you are in financial difficulty please contact us straight away. We may be able to help you, advise you or refer you to an agency that can give you support.
