Anchor 1

Penge Churches Housing Association was established by local churches in 1969 in response to a growing awareness of the housing problem in Penge. In the wake of "Cathy Come Home" the churches identified a need for good quality affordable housing in the local area and worked together with the community to respond to that need. Since 1969 we have grown to own and manage 270 homes in Bromley borough and, since March 2023, 134 homes in Bexley borough.
