PCHA wants you to enjoy, feel safe in and feel proud of your PCHA home. We believe we have a shared responsibility with regards to looking after your home and tenancy; working together is key to our success. We will carry out repairs for which we are responsible, but as a tenant you are also responsible for some repairs and maintaining certain aspects of your home.
