We are really excited to announce that in December 2023 we acquired nine new flats at Wrotham Road in Welling, Bexley.

The flats are a mix of one and two-bedroom homes forming part of redevelopment of the former Lord Kitchener Pub. The flats will be allocated via the London Borough of Bexley's Choice-Based Lettings Scheme and we anticipate that the new residents will move in during early January 2024.

These new flats deliver good-quality energy-efficient homes and are well served by local amenities.
