Talk Together Bromley

A free service in talk therapy for people aged 18 years and over who are experiencing depression, general anxiety, health anxiety, other worries. 0300 003 3000.

Exercise For Everyone

The well community café runs during foodbank sessions to serve guests with free hot drinks and snacks. Open to all. No booking required. In addition, Community Lunch is served every Friday - a free hot lunch for up to 150 people.
