Getting involved

We aim to take a flexible and creative approach to resident engagement.

We recognise that our residents have different opinions and needs and that a ‘one size fits all’ approach will not always work. So, we offer a range of opportunities to get involved with PCHA in a way that suits residents and their lifestyles.

​

Equally we recognise that not all residents wish to be actively ‘involved’ in PCHA, other than to be kept properly informed. However, all residents should expect to have engagement with us that is positive and feel that their views are listened to, respected and responded to appropriately.
