PCHA's Support Services
Pocket Power
PCHA is working with Pocket Power, a social enterprise company, to give our residents access to free and impartial advice and assistance with reducing the costs of their household bills. In one phone call, Pocket Power can review your current circumstances and actively arrange on your behalf to switch to the best providers/deals for your energy, water, internet and phone bills. Our residents who have spoken to Pocket Power have saved on average £329!
To find out more about Pocket Power or request support around financial concerns, contact us on 020 8659 3055 or housing@pcha.co.uk.
Hardship Fund
We also have a Hardship Fund that can provide a one-off grant for emergencies or unexpected household or personal costs (e.g., white goods, furniture or food vouchers). You can apply for a grant by completing an application form and undergoing a financial assessment with one of our team. More details can be found on the Hardship Fund leaflet in your Resident Handbook or by downloading the leaflet linked here (or click on the leaflet image).
