Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements

PCHA is committed to being open, transparent and accountable to our residents.  The Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) introduce new requirements for registered providers of social housing to make information about the management of our homes readily available to our residents. We have designed our publication scheme to explain the information that PCHA makes available and where residents can find it.
